The increased number of MNCs’ facilities implemented all over the world, and the permanent movement of employees from one country to another, raise several questions about the management of human resources in the international context. The research group International HRM aim to adopt an intellectually rigorous and critical approach to international human resource management and leadership strateg
ies and practices assessing them from a range of theoretical and analytical perspectives, explaining their contextual embeddedness, and considering their implications and impact for a range of stakeholders and interest groups. The range of research interests crosses individual, group, organizational levels of analysis in developed and developing country contexts. The IHRM RIC is open to various interdisciplinary researches connected to the field of IHRM as following:

- The adaptation of HRM practices to subsidiaries’ local contexts.
- The home country and host country factors that affect the MNCs’ HR practices.
- The MNCs’ coordination and control of their subsidiaries.
