I’m in need of Univeristy of Tennessee decor for my classroom. Anyone have such items you’re willing to part with for the sake of my classroom and students ? Thanks

THS' CTE students participate in mock interviews in the fall and spring semesters. This year we had students who completed real-life job interviews and were hired. THS has awesome students. CJ students work on resumes, cover letters, thank you notes, interview skills and attire, and the like in order get that real-life experience when they complete the interview session. This program is highly successful because of CTE director Jessie Kinsey and the wonderful community and business volunteers who offer their time and expertise to our students. Again, students surprise you when least expected.
These young adults did just that by paying me the best compliments a working mom could get. Their artwork is now a keepsake.

Our district attorney, Craig Northcott, is the best!
He never fails to help our students and the program.
THE driving force our winning appellate team.

Students surprise you when you least expect it.
I had the privilege of being presented her jersey to wear as a teacher who helped or inspired.
She has no idea how she made my day and, in fact, that week.
This young adult will be pursuing her dreams at UTC this fall. I couldn't be more proud.

These videos are students first attempts administering field sobriety tests. It's always a work-in-progress with tons of fun. They beg to get the drunk goggles and try walking. It always looks easier, then you've got to try....

It's all fun and games until it's your turn..... 😁

Where would we be without this guy??
Lost.
We couldn't do this without Jason Kennedy and the support of Craig Northcott.
Kennedy continues to provide leadership, support, and guides the program through actively engaging with the students and our advisory committee.
Thanks Jason!

November 2021. CJ and Ms. Alderman's health sciences students got to meet and greet with the Air Evan team. They discussed in-flight treatments, flying/piloting, the various career steps the team members took to being on a flight crew. The crew was FABULOUS to our students! Jeremiah Partin

The past year 2021-2022 was a whirlwind for us. photos coming soon. Planning for the 2022-2023 is happening now! This fall will be busy for CJ and pre-law. Biggest news is the state has approved two industry certifications for the law and protective services career concentration: unarmed security guard and OSHA 10. more info coming, but we’re expecting as many 18-year-old seniors as possible to complete the unarmed security training plus we’ll have OSHA 10. This is great news for our students to leave THS with one or two professional credentials.
