Remain calm
Worry and impatience prevent us from living in the present and enjoying life as it comes. We have to learn to be patient and know that everything happens in its proper time :-)
Going through a difficult time? Remember that you will get through it, it wont last forever, you will be stronger at the end of it. Stay calm, take a breath and be positive, there's always someone else in a worse situation!
