There are many positions available, including in logistics, marketing, sponsorships, IT, and question-making roles.

These roles are open to all Australian science, medical science, and medical university students, regardless if you've previously competed in the Australian Physiology Competition.

Entry is now open to the Sounds of Physiology competition run by the Universiti Malaya!

The theme of this year's competition is: “Neurophysiology or Gastrointestinal system".

ENTRY RULES:
1. An entry should consist of a video presenting a composition of sounds or music related to a physiology concept or theme.
2. An entry can be by an individual or a team (with a maximum of THREE members).
3. Each university can submit a maximum of THREE entries (the three earliest entries will be taken).
4. Each individual or team can submit only ONE entry

CASH PRIZES AWAIT:
1st place: USD $300
2nd place: USD $200
3rd place: USD $100

SUBMISSION FORMAT:
Videos should be in English language only.
Videos must have scrolling English subtitles at the bottom.
The maximum allowed duration of each video is THREE minutes. Videos that exceed this duration criteria will be disqualified.
The video should be in the standard YouTube format (16:9 aspect ratio).
All information presented in the video must be cited, giving credit to the original source. Plagiarism of any kind will result in disqualification.
Each submission must include the Contest Entry Form
and YouTube video link.
Video should be uploaded to a YouTube account and set to “unlisted” to ensure that your submissions are confidential. The video description on YouTube should include a brief explanation (less than 150 words) of the Physiology content of your composition and the relation to the theme.

Closing date for submission: 15th September 2021.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
We are sorry to announce that due to the current COVID outbreak we are unable to run an in-person APC 2021 at UNSW campus.

Instead, the organising committee has decided to keep the competition date and run an online APC 2021 event. We will endeavour to have the competition run as true as possible to the in-person event - maintaining the individual and team quiz formats. 🎊🎊🎊
