The kindergartners in Tracy Bowser's class read "Chick Chicka Boom Boom" and created their own trees like the ones in the book! They looked for letters in their classroom and did a STEM lesson where they added letters on top of a tree they created. They counted how many letters they could add before it fell over. What a fun day for our kindergarten friends!

The students in Diana Roth's, Cheri Ruttig's and Lindsay Sheen's classes at Alliance Early Learning School read the books "Not-A-Box City" and "Roxaboxen" last week. Afterwards, they spent time building and decorating their own box houses to create a box city. The students had so much fun!

Alliance City Schools, with the support of community partners, plans to restore a majority of the Glamorgan Castle to a floor plan similar to the original and convert the bottom floor into a premier meeting place for businesses and community members to utilize.
