Today our school choir visited Foreglen Community Association to sing Christmas Carols and also to deliver Christmas Cards. Thank you to Marie for the warm welcome and also the special treat for our boys and girls.

Service of Light for those P7 children in our parish who will celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation next year will take place tonight, Monday 4th December at 7.00pm in St Joseph’s Church, Fincairn. Parents and children should bring the child’s baptismal candle if they have it.

School Council provided tours, P2 provided a range of wonderful Christmas activities and our choir and guitar club sang and played beautiful Christmas Music. There was a surprise visitor at St Peter's and St Paul's for the boys and girls to see before leaving who had a special treat for them all 🎅

⭐November Do This in Memory Mass (Foreglen)⭐
Sunday the 26th November will be the Do This in Memory Mass for the Primary 4 children in Foreglen, as part of their Sacramental preparation. The theme for this month is Christ the King, as it is the feast day of Christ the King on Sunday 26th November. Each month the children will receive a gift at the end of Mass which aims to help them grow in their prayer life. This month’s gift is a cross, to remind the children that Christ is their King and it is important to have a relationship with Him, especially coming up to receiving the Sacrament of First Holy Communion. We as a parish ask Christ to protect and guide the children throughout their lives and especially during their Sacramental preparation.

Well done to our P7 boys' who took part in the North Derry Skills Test in Dungiven Sports Centre. Superb first touch, terrific scores and wonderful skills on show. Well done boys 👏 ⚽️

Today P5/6/7 enjoyed a citizenship and democracy learning session. We found out about Parliament buildings, debated laws and created our own party. Thank you to Anne Marie for joining us.

Celebrating Anti Bullying Week in P1/2 🙌

P5/6/7 enjoyed their last culture workshop by having a Chinese experience. They found out all about China, how to say hello in Chinese, learnt various Martial Arts moves and also sampled black dragon tea. Thank you Bonnie for joining us.
