Through the use of different modalities such, as Pilates, TRX, Gyrotonic, Yoga, and Free weights, breathing exercises and mudras, combined with nutritional advice, Beyond Fitness seeks to enhance your physical ability as well as strengthen your body, mind and soul. The focus is to create a strong but lean body within the parameters of each individual's genetics and body types, and a mind that is clear, sharp and focused. I work out of three studios, one located in West Hollywood, one in Santa Monica off main street, the third one on Wilshire and 26th.
