What I do is help messengers align to their deeper work.
To the most potent, impactful and magnetic version of what they are here to do.

It’s part strategy and mapping out projects – sure, but that’s the easiest part.

The bigger piece is landing the bigger thing.
The next phase
The evolutionary leap.

The place where your life’s work, your higher self, is already taking you.

It’s a portal of beginnings and endings.
Of releasing the version of self that you were, the version that brought you to this point
Allowing that identity to hit its limits and die
So that something new, the emerging self that holds the new vision, can come through into your work and rise.

It’s both dissolution and expansion
It’s creation, and destruction, and rebuilding your work from the pieces.

It’s the path you’ve always been on.
The depth and capacity of your own leadership, your own genius, responsibility and impact that scares you.

Success, sure.
Support, systems, strategy, of course.

But the hardest part is tapping the path of that inner expansion.
Dissolving, releasing, untangling attachment to what it is you think that you do.
Listening to the cosmic threads, sensing and reading the fields gathering around you.

Landing into what’s true for you – beyond thought.

Becoming the messenger, landing the medicine
Meeting god within your work
Without artifice, or ego.

Leading a new way for us all.

That some conflicts cannot be resolved
They can only be transcended.

In a world where change is a constant
And acceleration feels like standing still.

Where the humming stress of modern life creeps through the edges
Inflation and survival
War, politics, and competing ideologies
Take centre stage on our screens.

When the cult of success has us hooked
The addiction to growth and linear optimisation
Weaves through our entrepreneurial motivations.

I often wonder - how is it that we make it through?

As we approach the singularity
In our tech and the rippling cascades of it’s consequence
However and whatever you imagine that might be

There’s only one answer remains clear to me…

We evolve.

We become people that thrive in the uncertain.

We move faster
Cultivate deep wells of resilience
Learn to ride the change.

Master our sensitivity, our neurology, our nervous systems
And the grounded skillset required to inhabit our bodies.

Develop deeper empathy, unhook emotional reactivity
And lean into the vulnerable edges of open-hearted communication.

Stop pretending we are linear logical machines
And tap into the intuitive, creative, expansive leaps of our genius.

We ride the opportunities that are here and are coming
Navigate the giant tides of change

We stop thinking that logic will get it done.
That someone out there will have all the answers.
That we need to saved by an institution
Or there remains any real reason to give our power away.

It’s time to remember we are the solution.
That we are life-force incarnate
That we have the ability to call forth everything we need from this waking dream.

And together, we hold the answers to every single challenge we face.

It’s time for the weird, the magic, the wild and the creative ideas and impulses to rise from the shadows…
To take their place alongside every other gain, skill and advance that our logic has won.

To build upon the shoulders of generations and generations of giants, of way-showers, experts, artists and innovators.

To see further
To leap beyond our current limitations.

To rebel against every hopeless story out there telling us WHY it seems we won’t get it done.

Time to evolve and become the medicine we need.

One thing you might not know about me is that I hate sharing perceived imperfections.

Struggle to reveal all the adjustments behind the scenes.

Maybe its something in the years of event management...

Where the whole goal is that the participants enjoy a smoothly run experience & all the mad paddling to make it happen goes on invisibly behind the scenes...

Or maybe its just a tad too much control freak (ahem Virgo) in my vibes...

But I have legitimately sabotaged multiple creations rather than change my mind.

Like it's too vulnerable to be seen in process with the artistic edits.

Yesterday I did some free writing & got clear intuitive instructions on 3 very specific things.

This was one of them.

Obviously right after I had just done all the graphics & posted about it being a 2 day event.

I spent most of the day trying to rationalise my way out of it

Tried to gather my logical evidence & argue back against the intuitive voices...

I lost.

So... here we are.
