Pretzel logic was used in the days of teletype terminals for encryption/decryption. Pretzel is also the name of my dachshund and, hence, the logo.

Originally developed in the 1920’s for the Enigma Machine, Pretzel Logic used a set of rotors to scramble or unscramble communications. Pretzel Logic was also used in the early days of computing and telecommunications, but, with the demise of teletype (TTY) terminals, Pretzel Logic went to the techno-graveyard.
