It’s a great Learning Experience that makes you question how you used to solve problems in the past. It makes you a better person, and gives you a toolkit to tackle issues that you thought were impossible to change. It also does not promise it will be easy, because it is indeed hard but possible. - says Łukasz Dziekan, ALP’23 Alumnus.

The uniqueness of the program for me lies in the fact that in such a short time a large group of strangers managed to create a community. And additionally emphatically knock me out of my comfort zone regarding my responsibility here and now for the community and the country. The program strongly allows you to change perspective. - says Justyna Zborowska, ALP’23 Alumna.

Happy New Year 2024! ✨
For me, it is a unique mix of very useful knowledge, practice on myself and on the group, and time for reflection. It is more experience than regular training - and I like it. One big advantage is the diversity of the group - different points of view are very contributory - says Sebastian Maśka, ALP ‘23 Alumnus.

In fact: nothing about ALP is ordinary, or predictable, or particularly comfortable. And yet what you experience has the potential to change everything in your work, life, and perspective on the world. - says Agnieszka Śpionek, ALP’23 Alumna.
