Clubs are underway at each of our schools! Each year, staff members run a club focused in different areas like music, art, cooking, or gym. Struble is working on the Cardboard Club and this is one of their creative projects.

Thank you Bensalem BASE/Enrichment Workshop for Children, Inc. for your generous donation of $10,000 to our Bensalem Education Foundation. The funds will be used for educational programs in our district.

Recently, BASE donated $10,000 to the Bensalem Education Fund. The fund helps in providing resources for the school community. It means the world to us that we are able to donate to causes that make a difference for our students and community. Here are some of our Valley students with representatives from the organization!

Check out these weatherization services that are available through the Bucks County Opportunity Council. Free or reduced repair costs are available, as well as services that can decrease your utility bill.

Weatherization Services Our Weatherization Services facilitate home repairs and energy conservation projects that reduce the utility costs for people on fixed and low incomes.

We are always trying to keep things new and exciting for the children in our program. One of the ways we are trying to achieve this is by implementing "Theme Thursdays." Each week, our sites embark on an activity surrounding STEAM, Literacy, Music, etc.

Last week, our kids participated in Math bingo. It was a hit!

Friday was a fun day for BASE! Struble had their family event with yummy food and spooky punch!

Although the weather has gotten chilly, we still have cotton candy skies over at Valley to be thankful for!

Our family events are right around the corner! Our sites are preparing to welcome our families and celebrate as a community. Struble has been hard at work creating decorations and special cups to serve one of their dishes!

Our Keystone STAR 4 program is looking for an energetic and warm Assistant Teacher to work with elementary school age children before and after school. Hours are 6:30-9 AM, 3-6 PM.
We provide many experiences for children, including science, math, literacy, cooking, physical activity, and art, but our primary focus is facilitating social development of children.
You would work with an experienced team who understand and appreciate children, supportive staff, and a team of colleagues who love what they do. It is a fun job!

The return to school has us thinking about how we kept learning alive this summer at camp, with guests like Mad Science who taught us about static electricity, dry ice, chemical reactions, and so much more!

Welcome back BASE families! We are looking forward to another great year. Reminder today is the first day for students 2-6. Tomorrow is the first day for K-1.
