المستشار الإداري للدولة وبيت خبرة على المستوى الإقليمي، وبشهادة منظمات عربية ودولية، بما يمتلكه من كوادر علمية مؤهلة تأهيلا عاليا، وما اكتسبه من خبرة في مجال التدريب الإداري منذ تأسيسه عام 1963.
وتتمثل انشطة المعهد في:
1- دبلوم فني ادارة التنمية بعد الثانوية في التخصصات(المحاسبة-الادارة-علوم حاسوب-سكرتارية-لغة انجليزية).
2- دورات في مجال علوم وهندسة الحاسب الآلي والشبكات.
3- دورات في مجال اللغات
.
4- دورات محاسبه ومالية وادارية.
تتحدد شروط القبول بالمعهد مركزياً من قبل الديوان العام خاصة في الدبلوم وهذه الشروط قد تتغير حسب المتغيرات.
>المناهج التي يستخدمها المعهد في مقترحات التعليم والتأهيل؟
>> يحاول المعهد ايجاد تخصصات تتمشى مع متطلبات السوق وفي المؤتمر الاول للمعهد الذي عقد مؤخراً اوصى بضرورة ان تكون مخرجات المعهد تتوافق مع متطلبات وظروف السوق والبحث عن الكيفية والابتعاد عن الكم. وكما هو معروف ان المعهد يمتلك كوادر مؤهلة تأهيلاً عالياً قادراً بإذن الله ان يحقق تلك الطموحات اضافة الى توافر كثير من الامكانيات التي تجعل المعهد يحتل مرتبة متقدمة وقادراً على تحقيق الاهداف المرجوة منه.
