Practicing electricians, technicians, supervisors, technical managers, engineers, and other professionals ensure that your work meets the requirements of the current Electrical Wiring Regulations. The MS 63:2012 (BS 7671:2008) of the Mauritian Standard Bureau (MSB) is the Electrical Wrung Regulations in force in Mauritius.
BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) sets the standards for electrical installation in the UK and many other countries, including Mauritius. The IET co-publishes BS 7671 with the British Standards Institution (BSI) and is the authority on electrical installation.
The 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671:2018) published in July 2018. All new electrical installations will need to comply with BS 7671:2018 from 1st January 2019.
To help industry apply the requirements of BS 7671 and to get up to date with the 18th Edition, the Coromandel Professional Industrial Training Centre (CPITC) provides a wealth of resources, from guidance materials and training to free information through TWO NEW COURSES.
We invite participants to register for the two new courses to update and upgrade their technical skills in the Requirements for Electrical Installations, which is a MUST.
