Workshop in Spain, thanks to Esmovia - Training and Mobility!!! 🔝😎

On the 26th October 2018 Esmovia organized a training course on digital identity, reviewing the topics already dealed with during the training course held in Athens for Diginet project.
20 adult participants took part in the training, among them teachers from Bulgaria, Iceland and France as well as companies’ representatives from Valencia.
Focus was made on the most famous and used social media networks, remarking the use of each
one as well as reflecting on the strong and weak points.

In September, ExAct Malta held a workshop planned by the Diginet project. The workshop was aimed at the Diginet project and makes use of the Training package, a tool created specifically for the creation of the digital identity of companies or other organizations.

Ex.Act Malta, in collaboration with the associated partner Cultura e Dintorni - Training and Mobility, held a workshop planned by the Diginet project with a group of young people from Poland. The workshop, referring to what was produced and done during the training in Athens, provided for the sharing of the Training package focusing on the issue of digital identity.

A few weeks ago we had an event with the DigiNet project, in the cooperation with the Westminster Reference Library, organised the training "Digital Enterprise - how to effectively market and develop your business online".

The Bulgarian partner ZAT reproduced in two different events (one in Gorna Oryahovitsa and one in Veliko Tarnovo) the training held in August in Athens. The workshop addressed to professors and students gave the opportunity to participants to learn about the Diginet project and take advantage of the Training package, a tool created specifically for the creation of the digital identity of companies or other organizations.

The kick off meeting of the project team was held in Valencia , Spain on 20th -21st of October where main objectives discussed,aims and progress of the project. Partners exchanged ideas and valuable feedback was provided.
The demand for digital technology professionals has grown by 4% annually in the last ten years. Yet digital skills are lacking in Europe at all levels. Despite continued strong employment growth, the number of unfilled vacancies for ICT professionals is expected to almost double to 756000 by 2020. Furthermore, almost half the EU population lacks basic digital skills; with around 20% of people having none at all.
