SHELL ENERGY CAMP LOUISIANA 2018 Fill out the following information if would like to attend the free SHELL ENERGY CAMP June 4 to June 8. You will be emailed within 2 weeks of receipt with further information.

The Shell Energy Camp is a mixture of hands-on experiments and exposure to careers in STEM. We spend three days in the field visiting One Shell Square, Robert Training Center, Global Greenhouse, South Central LA Tech College, and UNO's Coastal Education Research Facility. From engineers to architects to biologists, every speaker is excited to showcase their area of expertise and discuss their careers and how they got there. It's a dynamite camp that exposes kids to a variety of careers in STEM and allows access to Shell facilities typically restricted to Shell employees only.

Important points:
-Free, week-long camp with drop-off and pick-ups at UNO
-3 days spent in the field with transportation to and from facilities and meals provided
-Max ratio is 10 students to 1 certified science teacher, although we typically have a ratio of 7:1 and an assistant helper
-Target rising 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students
-Camp is June 4-8
-Application can be completed online using the link below or emailing me for a link
-Registration deadline is May 30
-Orientation is the evening of May 31 at UNO
