This is one last chance to join our heart-centered community as we begin another program Wed. October 16th.
6 week series from 12:00-1:30pm on Zoom - only $125

I know it sounds WooWoo but I promise it's not. This program is based on research from Quantum Physics, HeartMath Institute, and ancient spiritual teachings.

We will be exploring all aspects of the sacred heart, chakras, self-love, soul and ego, our magical inner child and how unconscious beliefs hold us back.

We'll be learning tools for healing such as using our imagination, meditation, mindfulness, sound healing and reframing perceptions.

We'll explore diverse spiritual techniques such as Ho'oponopono, Buddhist chants and Yogic breathwork.

We'll be creating a sacred space for you to speak your truth and learn to listen with your heart and so much more!

Happy Total Solar Eclipse Day!

This is a powerful day of energy, insights, and healing. It is the perfect day to slow down, go inside, and feel the feelings.

And the perfect day to be out in nature. I’m going to spend my birthday experiencing all that Mother Nature has to offer, grounding myself to the Earth, hugging trees and feeling gratitude for the beauty all around me and inside me as well.

I’ll be opening my heart and silently listening to my intuition and I urge you to do the same, even if it’s only for a few minutes. I hope you give yourself a gift today, the gift of nature, presence, love, light, beauty and gratitude.
