On March 10, 2024, the 4th-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) interns from Mindanao State University-Sulu assigned to Don Jose Godinez Elementary School and Kaumpang Elementary School were invited to participate in the celebration of the 107th Patikul Day Anniversary of the Local Government Unit (LGU) with the theme "Patikul 107: Sustaining Peace, Advocating Progress."

Look: All graduating Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) students began their Community Involvement and Volunteerism Activities Course (CIVAC) yesterday, March 9, 2024. A mandatory component of their curriculum, the course requires them to participate for a total of 420 hours.

A one-day School-Based Training Seminar was held at Don Jose Godinez Elementary School on March 5, 2024, led by Nafisa A. Sallialam, the DJGES intern leader.

The seminar began with an invocation delivered by intern Mr. Nadzkir Rasad. Highlighting its significance and inclusivity, all interns stationed at DJGES participated in the event.

Throughout the day, lecturers Datu Kiram S. Alih, Mrs. Kimberly Y. Alih, Mrs. Marisol S. Ibrahim, Ms. Fatima Shianoz A. Said, and Ms. Jarsum Aruraja shared their expertise on various topics. These included discussions on SF1 and SF2, TOS, Classroom Management, the K-12 Grading System, and Pedagogical Teaching Skills. Each session provided valuable insights and practical knowledge to enhance the interns' teaching proficiency.

The seminar concluded with the distribution of tokens of appreciation and certificates to the participants.
