Just sent out the following email. In the meantime I'm trying to think of some activities I can possibly live stream for all the kiddos at home. Let me know if you have any ideas!

Hello students and parents,

In the effort to be as safe as possible amidst the COVID-19 events, I have decided to cancel in person lessons for the next two weeks (resuming the week of Monday, March 30th). I’ll feel things out from there and let you all know how we will proceed after that.

I’ll encourage you to think about taking our lessons online for the next two weeks either via Skype or FaceTime. I understand that poses quite a different situation especially for piano students, but please let me know if that is something you would be interested in doing. I understand most of us have shifted schedules with school being out as well, so if you would like to change lesson times earlier/later or to a different day for the coming weeks, let me know!

For my students that are already online, we will continue our lessons as normal. Let me know if you need to cancel for any reason or if you would like to shift times as well.

To everyone that was able to make it out to the orchestra concert tonight - thank you for coming and I am so happy you could share in that musical experience with me!! On March 7th I will be playing flute in the CFCArts Symphony Orchestra for our Symphonic Stories concert! This is a fun event for families that all will enjoy. Selections feature songs from How to Train Your Dragon, The Nutcracker Suite, Peter and the Wolf, Harry Potter, Sleeping Beauty, and a fun piece called "The Typewriter".
