Congratulations to all 32 employees who completed journey sponsored by Santander UK social Mobility network under the effective leadership of Natalie Huff.
Employees uncovered the tools they had inspire others with their stories. It is astounding to see how much people can develop and be a great influence to all!

Introducing our new client, Norbury Manor School!
On the 7th of June, we will be running our Student Leadership programme with the year 7 students at Norbury Manor. They will be set the challenge of writing a book based on their chosen message with the goal of inspiring others.
These are some examples of the book cover illustrations that the previous school produced, we can’t wait to see what the Norbury Manor students create with the help of their Santander mentors!
On Thursday 27th of May we have our Goal MODEL Circle with Stuart Martin, who is a Partner in Talent and Transformation at IBM.
Stuart will telling his story with the goal of inspiring others by giving them an insight into what lies beneath the surface of successful peoples’ titles and positions.

On the 4th of May we had St. Anthony’s School’s showcase! The students shared their book ideas that they’ve been working on with help from their Santander mentors, and we were privileged to have St. Anthony’s head teacher Lorna White, Natalie Huff from Santander and Kandace Chimbiri, a published children’s author, as our judges.
Congratulations to the “Inspirers” team! As their prize, they won £50 and every student who took part will receive a copy of Kandace’s children’s book called “The Story of The Windrush”.
We want to say a huge thank you to Kandace, the Santander mentors who took part and of course to the students for coming up with some amazing book ideas!
The key learning from Nirupa's GOAL Model Circle last Tuesday is how to stay happy during a crisis or during challenging times.
Nirupa spoke about her life growing up and how that helped shape the leader that she is today, as well as helping her form her own set of values.
