Introducing the amazing Dr Sharon Kashiri. Sharon was awarded a Makomborero A-Level Internal Scholarship in 2015 and she went to Gateway High School .

Dr Sharon Kashiri says, ‘ I'm so grateful to my Makomborero family for making my dreams of becoming a doctor come true. To Mrs A I'm forever grateful to you, thank you for believing in me and reminding me that girls can be anything. Last year when I was in my final year and things were challenging I would always remember the quote Mrs A shared with us about stronger than you seem, braver than you believe and smarter than you think and that kept me going. I am excited about this new chapter of my life even though at times I can't believe that I am a real doctor!’
