General information
BioInnovations Gateway (BiG) is a non-profit educational institution and workforce training facility with 501(c)(3) status . BiG was initially funded through a Federal Grant and State funds and co-located with Granite School District’s technical institute to fulfill its mission. We provide access to laboratories, machines, office space and resources for high school students and entrepreneurs as they work together to develop next generation medical technologies. This high tech facility is designed to provide high school students exposure to a wet lab, rapid prototyping lab and clean room. Companies occupy space at a subsidized rate in exchange for commitment to the educational mission of BioInnovations Gateway.
