I’ve just received this great review and photos from a beautiful couple I had the honour to work with for their wedding day.

Pri and Rikesh had choreographed their first dance but wanted a Mash up to follow. They were running out of time but I gave them some guidance and a routine to work with. They went out there with absolute confidence and smashed it, impressing their guests 😉

Hi! My name is Katy and I am a Dance and Fitness Instructor.

I am originally from Mexico but Colchester has been my home for over 10 years!

I deliver classes for adults and other event services such as wedding choreography, dance parties and more, in the area and online.

I am very friendly and approachable and my happy place is dancing with people who dance for fun.

I promised my ladies we'd get around to doing this class and it's finally here!

Dance like a Show Girl!

This 2.5 hours dance workshop will be filled with fun, dance, sassiness and laughs.

Dress up in lingerie-inspired outfit, fancy dress or whatever you feel most sexy in and bring a prop i.e. feathers, fan, boa, gloves.

We will keep it classy, glamorous and fun as it’s our style ❤️

Music from Christina Aguilera and all things Burlesque!

Beginner-friendly, open-level class.

This class is aimed at current members but if you are interested, you may be able to grab a spot.

This Salsa lesson was a birthday surprise for Jenny! What a delight to work with this amazing couple, they both did so well.
The 2:1 private lesson was booked as a surprise by boyfriend Oliver, and they both enjoyed it so much.

What a great way to spend your birthday or date night! Always good fun :)

Tomorrow I'll be taking part in Cloud Facilities Management's wellness day.
The event will be packed with activities to promote well-being and encourage employees and colleagues to take a break and try activities that they may want to add to their routines for work-life balance.

I'll be providing a stretch, exercise and unwind class timed to beautiful music.

CLASS IN PERSON and ONLINE
We are having so much fun dancing Reggaeton this Summer that we'll do another 5 weeks! This time we'll dance to a variety of Reggaeton styles to make sure we don't hold back with the b***y shaking and self-expression with dance, Urban Latin style!

This is a choreography class, so you'll learn the moves step by step. No experience needed.

Beginner-friendly open-level class.

We are part of Colchester City Carnival!
Come and have fun with us at this snails-pace parade (meaning street party!) around Colchester City Centre. Starts 12.45pm in Sir Isaacs Walk.

We then perform at 3.30 pm at the main stage at Firstsite‘s Gardens (we‘ll actually dance off stage as we are a big group!)
