As the cadets complete the third phase of their Cadet Attachment Program, they worked together to apply the principles of the ICS framework. Personnel from multiple stations and departments, such as Quezon City Police Station, Rizal City Police Station, Luna City Police Station, Aguinaldo City Police Station, Bonifacio City Police Station, Malvar City Jail, and Gabriela Fire Station, participated in this endeavor. Their goal was to effectively utilize the ICS and enhance their ability to collaborate efficiently in emergency situations.
Participating in this joint training as a cadet has been an eye-opening experience. It's given us a peek into how complex emergency management can be and why it's crucial for different agencies to work together. Working with professionals from different backgrounds has shown us the power of unity and collaboration when dealing with crises. It's also made us feel more responsible for serving and protecting our community, which motivates us to always act with professionalism and dedication in our future roles.
As the program wraps up, we cadets feel more confident and prepared to handle emergencies. We now understand just how important teamwork and preparedness are in saving lives and property during crises. This training has transformed us into resilient responders, ready to make a positive impact in our communities.

Moving into the third phase of our Cadet Attachment Program, which we refer to as the Case Based Scenario, marked a significant change for us as cadets. We transitioned from relying on textbooks and lectures to engaging in hands-on experiences, mirroring the real-life obstacles we will encounter as future law enforcers. Given the task of setting up the Bonifacio City Police Station , our objective was clear: create a fully operational police facility.
Working with our fellow cadets, we used all our skills and knowledge to establish our own police station. This involved various aspects, including planning the layout of the station, allocating roles and responsibilities among team members, and ensuring the station is equipped with the necessary resources and infrastructure to support law enforcement operations.
From organizing administrative functions to setting up operational procedures and community engagement initiatives, we have worked hard in ensuring that the police station is ready to serve and protect.
