Teens & Adults in the Brandywine School District and neighboring areas with an interest in ROBOTICS are invited to this INFORMATION SESSION at Brandywine Hundred Library by FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology), a global nonprofit that prepares young people for the future through a suite of inclusive, team-based robotics programs for ages 4-18 (PreK-12).

THIS information session will focus on how to build a TEAM for the FIRST Tech Challenge program (for middle and HS students).

Upcoming Programs: Seining Slaughter Beach

Wednesdays, July 31 & August 7 at 9:00 a.m. Meet at the Slaughter Beach Pavilion next to the fire hall at 359 Bay Avenue.

Join DuPont Nature Center Naturalists at Slaughter Beach to try your hand at seining in the shallows. See what types of aquatic animals you can catch and learn why these animals call our bay home.

Now that the eclipse is over, not sure what to do with your eclipse glasses? Don't throw them out! Bring your eclipse glasses to the Library and we will send them to organizations that will recycle them for use in other parts of the world as they experience their own eclipses.
