They who have suffered themselves nd emerged frm dis battle victoriously,knw de answer to de question. De suffering of Calvary acquires a new meaning to those who experience suffering in their own person. Others can at best speculate about it. Suffering brings us to de mystery of de meaning of lyf.Only when we have been in contact with death,we understand de lyf of de resurrection. With pain nd anguish it is so much lyk with wilted flowers or overcast skies. It is impossible to expect dat flowers will neva wither or fade,or dat de heavens will always remain cloudless. Suffering nd luv are so entangled dat we can hardly separate them.There is but a hair-breadth between great happiness nd de deepest sorrow. De more we luv,de greater our suffering is.Howeva,who would elect neva to suffer nd thereby neva come to understand de true meaning of luv?As much as God expects us to luv,He demands of us to be cleansed by de purifying power of suffering. It takes light nd shadow to produce a fine painting. We must guard against de danger of seeking only de dark sections of a work of art.De Man of Sorrows is with us in our suffering: He knws,He understands,nd He can comfort as no other can.In our darkest moments of distress we come to understand de true meaning of de word✌Luv✌!
