2SF have been busy today making their moving monster. What a great job they have done 🤩

Just a huge thank you to everyone who brought in a bottle or a box or a bar of something today, it really has made such a huge difference.

Just a reminder of what we have coming up, it's been such a busy half term!

We have the Summer Fair on Wednesday 17th July from 2pm-4pm and we finish on Thursday 18th of July for the Summer Holidays ☀️

The joy of watching the endless possibilities in EYFS today with their box, or is it a tunnel? Or a boat? 📦

We are incredibly proud of Year Six! What a fantastic show that was! We'll look to get some photos online over the weekend.

Today in our assembly we spoke about Democracy and what an election is. Our candidates stood tall, proud and confident to speak to the school including parents/carers. The whole school has voted now and we are excited to see who has won Hall Road Academy's vote.

2JC have been looking at changes in themselves that they can and cannot control in their Jigsaw lessons 👶🏼👦🏽👧🏼

With the UK general election happening on Friday 4th July, Hall Road Academy will be running our own election as part of AET Elects. Meet our candidates for our election!

We are enjoying our BBQ! 🍔🏕️

Tonight it's year 5/6's turn for their Wilderness Camp! Their tents are set up and they've started with the nights activities 🎯🏕️

We had a lovely evening. We are up, we have cleaned our tents and having breakfast 🏕️

We have started archery, had our treasure hunt and our BBQ with burgers and hot dogs 🏕️🎯🏹

The weather may not be on our side but we are having a great time at our Wilderness Camp! 🏕️

Year 3/4 are ready for their Wilderness Camp!

Well done to the year 6 children who took part in the AET art competition today at Kingswood Academy! The six children were asked to create an art piece to reflect Hulls fishing heritage⚓️. They conducted their own research, interviewed two past Hall Road Academy students who also lived down Hessle Road throughout the fishing era. Using all of their research, they worked as a group to create a beautiful piece of art.

They have worked so hard all week and we are all incredibly proud of them! 👏🏼👏🏼

F2 have been exploring a range of different instruments today. I think we have some musicians in the making 🎻🎺
