Since 2014, The Kale Institute has been educating as many children as possible so that they can take care of themselves. Target for 2021 is 30,000 children!

The Kale Institute also provides education to adults

Beets are high in iron and you can also make super smoothies by taking the juice and adding it to some sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, nutritional yeast, and chia seeds.

No need to add kale to this one because you have plenty of vitamin A and C because of the grapes and carrots.
