Thought Forms, Thought Clouds, Morphic Fields, Fields of Awareness, Group Mind, Noosphere...
These are all different names used by scientists and psychics to describe phenomena that our "thoughts" have been observed to create.
Some of our thoughts might seem like little "angels" and "devils" that seem to haunt us. While other thoughts can bind us to unwanted habits, or define us in unwanted ways.
There are ways to dissolve these thoughts through meditation, but that takes a lot of practice.
Another quicker and easier method to dissolve or reframe thoughts is by the use of a mental technology called "Mind Rooms". If you'd like to learn how to do use "Mind Rooms" to free your mind, I recommend these classes that my teacher, Betsy Bergstrom is offering.

Who are you without your memories?

A strong and persistent memory is always tied to an emotion that is either positive or negative. You can not usually recall things like, “what you had for dinner last Tuesday”, because it’s emotionally neutral. But you can sure remember, "that argument you had with your mother 10 years ago", because it’s fueled with emotion.

Emotion fuels and defines your vibrational field of awareness, so you will continue to attract more of that emotional experience because you attract what you radiate. (This is the Law of Attraction)

You are only free to be who you want to be if you are able to dissolve your emotional attachments. If you can’t do this, then you will repeat your karmic cycles of emotional attachments over and over again.

Who would you be without those angry memories radiating from your conscious and sub-conscious mind?

Meditation is the path of the true rebel.

Thought-clouds create Karma, they hold the energy of our emotions and are shaped by our thoughts. These thought-clouds create a fog around our True Self and limit our ability to think clearly.
