Let's prepare to have a party and fellowship with our classmates for our 40th Class Reunion Ballroom Style.
When: October 2022 (Exact Date TBD, by Feb 2022) Event will be scheduled on a Saturday.
Where: Hilton Hotel, 305 SW Greenville Blvd, Greenville, NC 27834
Cost: $100 per person
The cost includes: (4 Star Hotel) Reservation of 3 Ballrooms, Catering, Decorations, 5 Star buffet meal to include 3 entrees, Butler service Hors d'oeuvres, Ice Sculpture, Red Carpet, DJ other hotel equipment included. The hotel is requesting a down payment by Feb 2022 in order to lock in the reservation.

Matthew has a list of classmates who have indicated they are planning to attend, also need confirmation if you are planning to bring a guest so he can have an estimate of how many will be attending the reunion. Matt will be able to block hotel rooms at a discounted rate. Please let him know if you need to hotel room for you at a reduce rate, of course it's your responsibility to book your room.
Everyone must be fully vaccinated and will need to text Matthew a photocopy of your COVID-19 vaccine card as proof of vaccination, this information has to be provided to hotel management. If there is an issue, you can communicate with Matthew directly on this matter.
Ladies, we need you to pick out your beautiful gown and the men, we need you to step high in your best suit/tuxedo and walk that red carpet. We don't have to be in Bertie County to represent for our class, we can showup and show-out in any city.
