Albion Girls Basketball Boosters

We would like to recognize and congratulate three JV players who reached 100 points on the season🏆

7th grader Aaliyah Jones led the team in scoring netting 121 points on the season.

9th grader Melia Prince and 10th grader Madison Muckle were both the second leading scorers with each of them hitting 105 points on the season.

10th grader Jordan Simmons was the 3rd leading scorer with 58 points. Congratulations to you all!🏀🦅

Congratulations to the JV and Varsity girls teams who both defeated Roy-hart last night in their final regular season games!

The JV girls won with a final score of 44-21. They were led by 7th grader Aaliyah Jones who erupted for 16 points. Jordan Simmons added 9 and Melia Prince 6. Great game and great season girls!

Varsity girls won in overtime with a final score of 34-26. Madison Hughson led with 15 points and 6 rebounds. Kenzie Snook scored 5 and grabbed off 13 rebounds. Julia Knight scored 4 and grabbed 8 rebounds. Arianna Lattimer scored 4 and recorded 5 rebounds. Great job and good luck in sectionals girls!🦅🏀💪🏻

The girls basketball teams face the Royhart Rams tonight in their last league game and last home game of the season. JV tips off at 5:00pm then Varsity takes the court at 6:30pm. Come support the girls on their court one last time!🏀🦅💜

Big congratulations to both the JV and Varsity girls on getting huge wins last night over Newfane!

JV won a close back and forth battle with a final of 42-39. Freshmen Melia Prince led with 15 points, Aaliyah Jones scored 12, and Madison Muckle added 10.

Varsity won with a final of 41-32 in a great team effort. Senior Madison Hughson led scoring with 14 and junior Julia Knight racked up a double double with 10 points and 12 rebounds. Hughson also had 7 rebounds, Paige Newton 8 rebounds along with 4 points, and Kenzie Snook 5 points to go with 7 rebounds. Great game to everyone! Keep the momentum rolling as the girls are back on our home court Monday night against Akron!🏀🦅

The Varsity girls lost in a close game 36-33. They battled hard until the end and fell just short. Madison Hughson led with 13 points, and 8 steals. Julia Knight grabbed 10 rebounds. Great job girls!🦅🏀

The JV squad lost 26-24 in a hard fought game that came down to the very end. They had an all around great team defensive effort. They were led by 7th grader Aaliyah Jones with 11 points. Freshmen Melia Prince also scored 6. Great job to everyone!🦅💜

The Varsity final was 48-14, they were led by Senior Madison Hughson with 25 points. The girls played outstanding team basketball as Kenzi Snook chipped in 9 huge assists for the team as Alison Gibson also dished out 5. Snook also had 6 rebounds and Hughson 8 steals.
