Yesterday, the Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) showed its appreciation for the Stackhouse staff with a fun Christmas tree cup game. Each cup was filled with prizes, including candy, gift cards, scratch-off tickets, and free lunch. The teachers had a wonderful time. We are grateful for the support of Stackhouse families through fundraising, which enables us to give back. Thank you for your continued support.

The Stackhouse PTO is grateful to all the families who joined us for our Cookies with Santa event. What an incredible experience! We hope each and every one of you had a blast.

The Small World Gift Shop has been unloaded. Items are being inventoried and setup to be shopped by the students on Thursday and Friday. The shop will also be open during Cookies with Santa. Items range from $.50-$12.00 and there is something for everyone. CASH only. Feel free to send money with your student ahead of time or on Thursday or Friday.

The TRUNK OR TREAK hosted by the Stackhouse PTO was nothing short of SPOOKTACULAR! An awesome time was had by all. We loved seeing all of our students and families dressed up and some of the previous Stackhouse families as well. Thank you so much to everyone who participated. Whether you decorated a trunk, donated some candy, or dressed up, we hoped you all had a great time. Below are some pictures of some of the PTO favs. We did give out some trophies for our favorite costumes and Amazon giftcards to some awesome trunks. Again, thank you all. The Stackhouse PTO appreciates all of the support. We are already planning our next event.

Today, while all the children were home, the teachers were at school attending Professional Development sessions all day. The PTO thought it would be a great idea to give them a little “pick me up” of coffee, pastries, snacks, candy, and other treats to make it through the day.

During the school year, the PTO holds fundraisers that Stackhouse families support. We use the funds raised to give back to the students (and families), but we also like to give back to the teachers as well. This is just one of the small ways we like to do that.

Make sure to support the Stackhouse PTO throughout the year so that we can continue to do these types of things. If you would like to be a part of it, our next meeting is November 12th at 6:30.
