The Cheesemaking School at Monforte will train aspiring cheesemakers in the art and science of the craft. Focusing on the foundations of cheesemaking, food safety, contructing a dairy and direct marketing, the School aims to produce cheesemakers who can make a great cheese for their employers or for themselves. No previous experience is required for admission but a commitment to learning is a must
