District II provides each student with a quality experiences through multiple opportunities in music education and guidance.
District II is a sub-organization of the Louisiana Music Educators Association (LMEA). LMEA is a Federated State Association of the National Association for Music Education. District II is composed of seven parishes (Avoyelles, Grant, Natchitoches, Rapides, Red River, Sabine, and Winn) and serves to enhance and support the Orchestral, Choral, and Instrumental programs.
