這次成功攀登傳說中的「抹茶山」🏔️來跟大家做個分享。😊

其實去年早就想去爬了，但偏偏在準備成行的幾個禮拜前，身體意外地出了狀況，復健了將近三個多月才好。

這次也是突然臨時規劃，想說可以爬山順便泡溫泉 ♨️。剛好啟程時天氣偏冷❄️，這樣的行程安排真的非常好。

在攻頂的過程中，身體自然會暖起來，到最後我都流了滿身大汗。😆

我是差不多八點多搭車前去，下午三點左右離開。整個實際攀爬約五個小時，當然中間還有休息跟拍照。

爬抹茶山其實不容易，因為到了真正步道路口幾乎一路都是上階梯。如果你的體力跟膝蓋不太好，真的不太建議前去。

個人覺得春冬比夏天去更好，因為天氣剛剛好不會很熱，如果夏天去，應該會熱到受不了。

真的很幸運這次去有看到抹茶山的全貌，上面有些許雲霧繚繞，真的宛如仙境一般。

抹茶山也是一個朝聖步道。想當初去西班牙 🇪🇸 時，走得步道也是朝聖步道。😊

抹茶真的很好吃，但吃一次就行了。😂

Je me souviens quand je faisais mes études à l'université, cette comédie musicale "Roméo et Juliette" faisait un premier tour à Taïwan.

Mais maintenant, ils sont revenus de nouveau ici. Je suis très content. 😊🌟🎉

Ça sera mes beaux souvenirs pour toujours. ❤️😊
