The Southern Nevada Alumni Association of Phi Beta Kappa invites fellow members to join them at the Valley of Fire State Park for an enjoyable afternoon picnic and hike on October 22. This is a great opportunity to mingle and connect with other Phi Beta Kappa members in the area. You are welcome to bring a guest.

Registration for this event is free and includes lunch. Sandwiches and drinks will be provided by the alumni association.

We will meet at the Valley of Fire Visitor's Center at 11:00 a.m. After gathering at Visitor’s Center, we will have lunch at picnic area near Mouse’s Tank trailhead. Following, attendees will have the option to do a 30 minute hike to Fire Wave. For those who would like to hike, please wear appropriate shoes since the terrain is uneven and rocky.
