I can offer 4-6 1-hour sessions including an initial contracting/chemistry session. In the initial free session we (the individual or the business) get to know each other, decide how the sessions will work and what you want to get out of the process. It’s useful to think about personal/business goals you want to focus on in advance, although goals can also be honed and explored together in the initial sessions.
Sessions can be face-to-face or virtually.
At the end of the agreed sessions, the goals and progress is assessed before embarking on further sessions with new goals. This is to ensure the coaching is an effective tool for change and improvement for the individual and the business and not on-going sessions with any direction or purpose.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative, solution focussed, results-oriented and systematic process in which the coach facilitates the enhancement of work performance, self-directed learning and personal and professional growth of the coachee. Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct, personal and often challenging conversations. The coachee should understand that successful coaching requires an active collaborative approach between coachee and coach.
The coach plays the role of a facilitator of change while it is the coachees’ responsibility to enact change.
