***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR JAGS GIVING WEEK***

The first 28 people who donate $250 will receive one of our IUPUI Locker room chairs (picture below).

For every $250 you donate we will give you a chair! So $1000 gets you four chairs!!

These are very heavy duty chairs weighing in at about 25-30 pounds each. We can't ship them to you but we will hold them for you to pickup at the end of our season. Hurry as we only have 28 chairs to give away!!!

Central Indiana Women's Soccer League is the only amateur 11v11 women's league in the state. We've been leading the way with a place for women to play for 20+years. Many players in the competitive league are former college players. Supporters of IUPUI Women’s Soccer

We are 4 short weeks away from our first game and the excitement for the upcoming season is starting to build. With 7 of 11 starters back from last season and a strong freshman class joining the team, we are really looking forward to the fall.
We will have 10 home games this fall beginning on Thursday, August 17th against University of Southern Indiana. The complete schedule can be found here:

For the upcoming school year, we have 4 separate fundraising initiatives we will undertake. They are:
1. Season Ticket Sales – a Fall Sports Season Ticket Pass costs $25 and you get a FREE Scarf (picture below)! Follow this link for more.

2. Women’s Soccer Goals Club – Participants in this fundraising initiative will pledge a set amount of money to donate to the program for every goal that the Women’s Soccer team scores during the fall season

3. Jags Giving Week – Our annual Departmental fundraiser will take place during September 18th-25th. This annual event has generated tens of thousands of dollars for the department over the past few years and we would like for this year’s to be our best year yet.
4. Alumni Game and Duckpin Bowling event – We will host our annual alumni game and Duckpin Bowling Fundraiser on Saturday, April 13th. Watch for more information coming this fall
This past year we utilized our fundraising dollars to purchase a new heart rate monitoring system and a video analytics package. The Heart rate system will help us evaluate the training loads we are placing on players during practices and games which will help us reduce the number of injuries during the season. The video analytics package will breakdown our games and individual player actions to help us in improving team play from one game to the next.
The money we will raise this coming year will go towards a trip we are taking next fall to play games against University of Montana and University of Idaho. We will fly the entire team out there for games over Labor day weekend and plan to do a little sightseeing while we are there.

Our student-athletes worked hard this semester! Our team GPA was a 3.687! 👏 Working hard on and off the field. Congrats to those featured who all achieved straight A's for the semester! Let's go Jags!

A little slow on posting about this past weeks Jag Awards.
A big congratulations to Maya Lacognato on winning the Iron Jaguar Award for hardest working female in the weight room and taking home the Female athlete of the year award.
We were also well represented by Carlie Werner who took home the Bob Lovell Service Award and a School of Social Work Service Award.

So blessed to be back at the Top 100 dinner. Congratulations to Sam Slimak and Alex Stocker on being chosen as part of the IUPUI Top 100. The two of you are continuing a long tradition of Women’s Soccer players being in the top 100. We are all very proud of you receiving this very deserved honor.

It is with a very heavy heart that I post this. April will be missed by her family, teammates, and myself.
