We have placed an unwanted pallet outside the school gates this morning - please help yourself if you would like it - if not, we will take it back into school at the end of the day.

We have a large dollhouse that is free to a good home! It is between 3ft & 4ft in height, and is available to be collected from School next week. Please see picture attached.

We currently have 2 vacancies within our Breakfast Club. We are looking for a part-time Breakfast Club Supervisor for 5hrs per week and a full-time Breakfast Club Assistant for 7.5hrs per week. Term Time only. If you, or you know of anyone, that may be interested please contact the School Office.

We have a chicken taking a stroll around the car park this morning! I'm not sure where it is from, but if you know who it belongs to, then perhaps it could be collected and taken home?

Please can I remind you to park considerately at pick up and drop off each day.
We are seeing increasing numbers of cars parked on junctions and on the pavements near school, which in turn makes it incredibly dangerous for children to cross the road.
This is especially apparent on the junction between Church Street and Chapel Street (the junction opposite the playground).
Please can you remind any friends and family who help with transporting your children to also park with care.

Just a reminder to parents, to remember to accept the invite on class dojo by entering your unique code that was sent home. This will allow you to acces your child’s class blog page and see all the exciting things they have been up to.

We are also asking for parents to return the class dojo slips which lets us know whether your child’s photo can/ can not be published on class dojo. Some parents have returned the slip but then have not accepted the class dojo invite.

We are holding a second-hand uniform sale on Friday 18th November ( Tomorrow) on the playground at 3.15pm. We have a range of all sizes and uniform items and are asking for donations. Thank you and hope to see you for a bargain!

Lost property will be on the playground tonight. Please have a look and claim those missing items! We have water bottles, hair bands, jumpers, t-shirts and even socks!

Tomorrow at 3.15pm we are having a board game sale on the playground. Our ‘Titchmarsh School Maths Ambassadors’ are selling a variety of board games for donations. Have a look and grab a bargain!

Reminder that on Wednesday 9th November at 2.30pm,we are holding a 'Maths Stay and Play' afternoon. We would like to invite you, to join us in our classrooms to complete maths activities and games with your child or children.
The whole school will divide into their house teams, which means if you have more than one child you will be able to spend time with them all together.

Titchmarsh CE Primary School is a small, friendly school and an enjoyable, stimulating place in which to learn and strive for knowledge. We have experienced teaching staff and an adult to pupil ratio that guarantees children individual attention.

We were judged as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in April 2022 and our report said that:

“This inclusive school has a warm and friendly atmosphere. It has a family feel to it. Staff know the pupils and their families very well. The school values of hope, friendship, love, honesty and respect shine through.”

“Pupils say that they are happy and safe here. Staff expect pupils, including pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), to work hard and behave well. They do. Pupils are rewarded with house points, merit certificates and, sometimes, hot chocolate with the headteacher.”

Due to unforeseeable circumstances the 'Phonics Workshop' has been cancelled today. Sorry.

We are saddened to hear of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, our thoughts and prayers are with the Royal Family.

Together as a school we spent time today thinking of the Queen and her amazing life. Rest in peace.

What a fabulous first week!
It has been lovely for staff and children to welcome the new Owlets.
