I specialize in Swedish, and Myofacial massage therapy. To help with minimizing pain and gain more r I graduated from East West College of Healing Arts in 2010.
I have been practicing massage therapy for 5 years. I volunteered my services at the 2013 Regional CrossFit Games in Washington, this was quite a treat to work with some amazing athletes.
