Had a Chick-Fil-A party to celebrate our state championship today! Hopefully next year we will get to go on an awesome field trip.

The math team would like to send a HUGE THANK YOU to Tim Compton and Traditions Bank for their donation in recognition of our Geometry and Algebra II math teams winning state!

Congratulations to Evan on being selected by the HHS math department to receive this TI graphing calculator generously donated by Office Depot! Evan plans to pursue a career in Computer Programming or Computer Engineering.

Congratulations to the Algebra II and Geometry teams for placing 3rd at the Good Hope tournament! Individually Ivan Conway was 4th in Algebra II and AJ Stephens was 4th in Geometry.

Any former math team students interested in having team trophies? These are from 2010-2018. I am out of room in my classroom and would like to find them a good home!

The Math Team's Pi Run is this Saturday at 9 a.m. on Bulldog Lane! Come out and support the HHS math teams!

Good luck to the middle school and Algebra I math teams as they compete at Muscle Shoals today.

Math team practices begin this week! Algebra I and Geometry will practice in Mrs. Brown's room and Algebra II and Precal will practice in Mrs. Lisle's room. Practices will be Wednesday after school until 3:50 and Friday mornings at 7:15.

The math team is going to miss these three seniors next year!
