Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate Coding For Veterans' 5th anniversary! This milestone reflects the hard work of our students, the dedication of our team, and the unwavering support of our partners and community.

Together, we’re proud to support our service members and veterans as they transition from serving on the battlefield to cyberspace. Here’s to the next chapter of innovation, opportunity, and success!

Yesterday, we had the honour of joining the Toronto Stock Exchange to ring the opening bell in recognition of Remembrance Day. This moment was a meaningful tribute to members of the Canadian Armed Forces and veterans as we continue our mission to support their transition from Deployment to Employment. Over the past five years, Coding for Veterans has proudly helped over 800 veterans build successful careers in cybersecurity and software development—fields where their skills and dedication have a lasting impact. Thank you to TMX Group for this opportunity to recognize our veterans and the journeys they’re taking toward fulfilling civilian careers.

Today in America, we honor all Veterans from all branches of the United States Armed Forces and the sacrifices they made in service to their country. Thank you for your service.

Every year on November 11, Canadians pause in a silent moment of remembrance for the men and women who have served, and continue to serve our country during times of war, conflict and peace.

On Indigenous Veterans Day we remember those who went beyond the call of duty. Over 12,000 First Nation, Metis and Inuit people served in the great wars of twentieth century. Today, we pay respect to the service and sacrifice of those who have served and the over 2,700 Indigenous Armed Forces members currently serving today.

Thank you for having us at your Veteran's Week Lunch and Learn presentation. It was so meaningful to hear the perspective of Canadian Armed Forces Veterans and Reservists on service, sacrifice and the importance of Remembrance!

Coding for Veterans was happy to participate in the tabling of the Honouring Veterans Act, 2024 at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario—a meaningful step forward in recognizing veterans' service and sacrifice.
