Always, always, ALWAYS read the back label!

Always look for the "Carbohydrates" section and always check how much of those is "Sugar" in grams per serving and per 100 gr. If for example it says 42 gr. per 100 gr. that means the food is 42% sugar. If it says 30 gr. per 100 gr. - 30% sugar and so on.

Ignore the front label! Ignore the "No added sugars" crap. Ignore the "healthy and balanced" s**t. It's just marketing bulls**t.

This is what true, absolute and brutal horror looks like.

“This goes to the lady who complains because I don't prescribe antibiotics for her child sick with the flu. To the patient who throws a tantrum because his throat hurts and wants me to leave him azithromycin.

To people who take amoxicillin for a headache.
For those who insist that for fever, the best is benzetacil, because it heals all infections and kills all "bugs".

This goes to the friend who only took half the treatment because he wanted to drink at the end of the week and because his bacteria adapt, they are adapting to all kinds of antibiotics, and all because of the blessed culture of saying "this doctor knows nothing, with antibiotics, I heal faster".

With you ladies and gentlemen, a bacteria resistant to all antibiotics..

What Activated Charcoal Actually Does To Your Body 27/09/2018

Again and again and again... idiots without BASIC (!) chemistry education fall victim to the stupidest (and sadly, most successful) marketing trick in the book - claim some natural s**t is detoxing.

In the case of activated charcoal, however, you're using real medicine with potentially dangerous side effects to "treat" something it was never meant to treat.

A large-scale test of time twins involving more than one hundred cognitive, behavioural, physical and other variables found no hint of support for the claims of astrology. Consequently, if astrologers could perform better than chance, this might support their claim that reading specifics from birth charts depends on psychic ability and a transcendent reality related to consciousness. But tests incomparably more powerful than those available to the ancients have failed to find effect sizes beyond those due to non-astrological factors such as statistical artifacts and inferential biases. The possibility that astrology might be relevant to consciousness and psi is not denied, but if psychic or spirit influences exist in astrology, they would seem to be very weak or very rare. Support for psychic claims seems unlikely.

Astrology is bulls**t.
