Tallika Verma third year student of HDFE has found a way to inner peace through Mandala Art, has created her own art page on Instagram.proud of your way of dealing with with anxiety& uncertainty during covid - 19 times.

Mandala art and dealing with anxiety
I started my art page (merakimandalart) almost 2 months back when I started feeling very frustrated and stressed about my life. Mandala art has said to have positive impact on your mental health and deal with anxieties. A mandala is a symbol which is used to represent the universe however they often are used to symbolise your journey through hardships and through life in general. When we are making a mandala our entire focus in on that one point on the paper hence it increases our focus and our mindfulness and it lets us release emotion, tension, fear, anger and helps us in controlling our worrying. Art always helps us in stimulating our creativity and hence relive our pent up and negative emotions.
Mandala art has helped me recognise my emotions in a better way and made me more focused and helped me have a better control of my mind, since all of us are home our mind often tends to wander and overthink, mandala art helps us in being more focused in what is in front of us rather than imagining other situations.
