“It is I” again. Session 3 with my practice client. Things are going extremely well. I changed up my session a little differently today. I used the handout that referred to Woundology and part of session 8. It worked quite well. There was some feedback from the post meditation journal that I wanted to address. Past wounds and hurts that had surfaced in our sessions were now able to be healed. The ability to forgive others and the realization to understand the intention behind the wounds ..... clarity and now repositioning those old wounds. Not reverting to a bad or sad place. However, to turn that negative feeling of rejection into a positive space. This position was welcomed and appreciated.
Overall the outcome was phenomenal
Each session my client is responding with enthusiasm, desire to try different clothes, more creativity and freedom around her 90 day transformation.
Initially, prior to the sessions she wasn’t sleeping and the mind was in an whirlwind of self defeating thoughts and behavior. Now, there is more focus and peace of mind. There is so much more liberty in her speech.
The negative situation of feeling rejected has propelled her into another position. My coaching techniques had helped her to see the positive. Yes, the positive.
My suggestion to her was to visualize herself as if she was in a movie. Her part of role in the movie may have ended, but her space and name can never be erased. There will never be another ________, I stated. The design, blue print and impressions she has left can never be mimicked or reproduced. She is the original and originator of that design. We spoke on other things that were also enriching. This was refreshing for me as it was for her. I enjoy seeing and witnessing her growth with transformational results.
I'm excited about becoming a health coach. I just enrolled today! Looking forward to reaching my goals!
While completing skills lab 2 week 6 as the client, I observed that I had not committed to my work out routine. My desired results are to spend a minimum of two days and work up to three days a week. The ultimate goal is to reach 10,000 steps per day. Sometime parking a good distance from the stores and constant movement at work isn’ t enough. My partner allowed me to step back to see that I wasn’t being accountable to myself. Instead of happenstance, now I realize that it is important to set specific dates to ensure it happens. Thanks Angela for shedding light on this.

I am so excited to be here!!
I had a great session with my practice client. We met on yesterday and she expressed how exciting it is to be working together. Honestly, I have such a refreshing after our calls. Last week was the consultation and I had the opportunity to present some ideas prior to the first session. She completed the agreement and commitment documents and forwarded everything back promptly.
Our session on yesterday was a continuation, however this time I explained that we would initially start our time together celebrating or discussing “what is going well”. This was pivotal. During the consultation, she shared so much, but I gave her the opportunity to “ release “ the heaviness. A few interjections this time to get us on the way. Finding her voice, clearing the clutter and creating a space to listen to her intuition were suggestions from last week. She was so excited on yesterday to speak to me as things began to unfold for her. She was so proud that the spotlight was on her. The Big Mofa has been established and the anchors has been set it place. I helped her create some anchors that we both agreed upon. Anchors that can be measured and completed. At first, it seemed as if she was trying to give me anything. But , I didn’t feel confident that was what she desired. So, I asked again. I was confident in myself that she wasn’t totally all in. My thoughts proved to be true, she wasn’t excited about her idea. I expressed this is about her and the commitment to produce change in this 90 day transformation. We just establish a goal that is realistic to maintain First and foremost, she has to be totally in.

There were other great moments and I am looking forward to the next session.
I completed Skills lab Pillar 2 week 5 tonight. My partner discussed how she is digesting work and balancing life while pursuing her certification as a Health Coach. Her MOFA is is the certification and this the drive to achieve this goal. This will provide a better quality of life for her and the family. She has let go of procrastination and focused more on time management. The anchors that keep her tasked is the"Following her dreams" journal that is pertinent to success. Also, there is a vision board that keeps her centered and reminds her of the six month training portion with HCI.

Part 2
We discussed some foods that gave her energy. These foods were prunes and carrots. Also, the discussion of foods that did not contribute to energy were chocolate, candy and other sugary desserts.
As for me foods that is a good source of energy are fruits. In some cases they can be fresh or canned. I normally add these to my oatmeal for breakfast. Typically in their own juices or lightly sweetened. Later during the day, I prefer vegetables or a salad mix. I definitely noticed after journaling that carbs such as potatoes, cheese and breads bring about a lethargic/sluggish feeling. I have been avoiding them once I became aware and present to this illumination. I really don't care to feel bloated anymore. More focus on chewing and digestion works well for me.

😊P1W2 - My Thoughts....I experience the roller coaster when I have sugar. I've been off sugar 90% for several years now.
Yes I indulge on special occasions but of small amounts. My first Action Step is to drink 7 glasses of water instead of 6 daily. My second Action Step is to jump in and commit to the 4 Day Plan starting Monday. My "aha" as being the coach in the lab was when I was using the eliciting skill and allowing the client to figure out how she could drink more water. Mission Accomplished!🤩 The labs are so much fun. We are Coaching!
