The GRYC is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that focuses on education, counseling, truancy prevention, job preparation and employment opportunities.
The GRYC currently serves over 6,000 children and families annually. The GRYC programs include: the Little Stars Pre-K, attended by 108 children; the I.S. 93 Beacon Program, serving approximately 1,200 youth and adults; a year round Young Adult Internship Program (YAIP), which has, since it's inception, provided nearly 500 young adults with basic skills training, job readiness and internship oppor

Our last day together! What a year! We thank all parents, teachers, students, administrators, and all that have helped us get through a trying year, and make it special and safe. We are so excited to announce that we are Colocation America's 2020 STEM Grant Recipient!
Our Program is the Adventure Based Counseling (ABC) Program. In this program, we want to emphasize the importance of community partnerships in education and the soft-skills we are focusing on as the kids engage in deep STEM learning experiences.
We currently offer a wide range of STEM offerings in our programs including, but not limited to:
