SUNANDA PUSHKAR MURDER MYSTERY

In Sunanda Pushkar murder case, the first probe team (headed by Vivek Gogia and Dharmendra Kumar) had indulged in gross misconduct through sabotage and tampering of evidence. Serious lapses in the investigation process forced then Delhi Police chief to order a 'Vigilance Probe' in 2016.

Vigilance probe findings were significantly damaging for Tharoor and other suspects.
Vigilance probe found that the first probe team had returned Sunanda's mobile phone and laptop to Shashi Tharoor just one day after her mysterious death.

One wonders why the first probe team happily obliged the prime suspect in Sunanda murder case?

Sunanda's death took place on Jan 17, 2014 at Hotel Leela in New Delhi. Being a 5 star, CCTVs are usually installed at all crucial places in the Hotel. However post Sunanda's death, all CCTVs (that could have provided crucial evidence) went missing.

Another major sabotage by probe team was deliberate delay in handing over the bed sheet on which Sunanda Pushkar died. Ideally, evidences are quickly handed over to Doctors for post-mortem but the probe team took well over 10 months to handover bed sheet to AIIMS.

While Delhi Police has assured that Vigilance report findings have been taken into consideration in filing of charge-sheet, it has maintained utmost secrecy over the contents of chargesheet. Such secrecy in a high-profile murder case implies hushing up of matter.

Most disturbing is that Delhi Police has charged Shashi Tharoor with abetment to su***de (IPC 306) & domestic violence (IPC 498A). However, it has completely ignored the 12 body marks found on Sunanda's body as given in the post-mortem report.

The post-mortem report clearly mentions that these body marks are forcible injections which were used to transmit poison. Now Sunanda won't inject herself 12 times to just for committing su***de. Obviously, someone else did it.

Sunanda Pushkar's murder is linked to Shashi Tharoor's involvement in IPL money laundering and betting. One must not forget that Sunanda Pushkar died within hours after her public declaration of exposing Tharoor's IPL frauds.

It's been more than five years and investigation & hearing on Sunanda matter is progressing on snails place while an attempt is made to hush up the case.

Moot question is who is protecting Tharoor and why??

Did Sunanda inject herself with poison in 12 different places in order to commit su***de?

Is that what Delhi Police is thinking happened?
