‼ATTENTION ‼
I am running to represent you in the General Faculty Council (GFC) of UofA. The General Faculties council consists of the President of UofA, Deans, Professors and Students and is responsible for most of the decisions taken at University.
During the Pandemic, When students’ need support, university has increased our tuitions exorbitantly, cut down many student jobs that could be done from home safely and not done near enough to provide fast mental health support.
I am running to raise my voice and support students’ interests’ by starting tough conversations that have been avoided and listening to the issues of the student body.
My agenda has 3 primary Focus -
1. More Affordable Tuitions
2. Fast Mental Health Support
3. More remote Jobs for students from University
The voting will start on 30th of September 8 am and will last till 1st October 6 pm. Voting link will be available on eclass. I ask you all to vote in this very important election in these very important times.
