Restaurant style Chicken Manchurian Recipe Simplified - Behind the Meals

Easy to make Chicken manchurian at home. This Indian style manchurian tastes just like your favourite Chinese restaurant's manchurian. With this easy, simple and quick recipe you can make your dinner special.

Recipe:
Ingredients:

* For marination:
Chicken cut into cubes - 250 gm
Salt - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Egg - 1
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
All purpose Flour - 1 tbsp
Rice Flour - 1 tbsp ( Corn flour can be used if rice flour isn't available )
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
( Marinate for 2-3 hours)

* For the Rest:
Oil - 1.5 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Ketchup - 5 tbsp
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Chicken powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Red chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp
White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp + Water - 2 tbsp
Spring onion - for garnishing

Method:
*Cut 250g Chicken into small cubes.
*Marinate the Chicken with the Salt - 1 tsp, Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp, Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp,Egg - 1, Corn Flour - 1 tbsp, All purpose Flour - 1 tbsp, Rice Flour - 1 tbsp ( Corn flour can be used if rice flour isn't available ), Vinegar - 1 tsp and Soy Sauce - 1 tsp. Set it aside for 2-3 hours.
* Fry the marinated Chicken in a Wok. And take it out once the Chicken is light golden brown. Set it aside.
* Heat 2 tbsp Oil in a pan and add 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste to it. Fry the ginger and garlic and add the fried chicken to the pan.
* Add Ketchup - 5 tbsp ,Sugar - 1.5 tbsp, Lemon juice - 1 tsp, Chicken powder - 1 tsp, Red chilli paste - 1 tbsp and Vinegar - 1 tbsp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
*Add Water - 1/2 cup to the pan and let it cook on low flame. Add the Red chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp and White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp to the above mixture.
* Now dissolve Corn flour - 2 tbsp in Water - 2 tbsp and put it in the pan. Mix it and let the gravy get a little thick on low flame. It will take a minute or two.
* Garnish with Spring onions and serve with Egg fried rice or Chowmein.
