Para malikawan ta ang pag dinaguso sa mga Schools para magpa-certify ka requirements update lang kmo sa Page ngaja ka Schedule ka pasahay naton para sa Application kang "Provincial Educational Assistance Program" just make sure nga complete ang requirements nga present ninyo.

1. Registration Form (RF) / Email of Enrollment Confirmation from School
2. School ID (current school) or NSO/PSA sa first year nga warat ID pa ( colored )
3. Certificte of Barangay Indigency (ORIGINAL)
4. Marriage Contract- xerox copy (female scholar if Married)

Provincial Scholarship 2020-2021

Common Question of the Applicants:

1. When mastart pasahay ka requirements ?
-Ma update lang kami guys dya sa aton page .

2. Sa diin kami by mapasa ?
-By municipality ang pasahay ka requirements bali kita dya lang kita municipyo ta . Everyday ma cater ako 30 applicants bali first come first served dapat . My 30 numbers man kami nga gin himo bali 15 applicants sa AM kag 15 applicants man sa PM to make sure nga ma sunod naton ang procotocal nga social distancing.

3. Ano ang mga requirements ?

-OLD SCHOLARS
* Assessment form
* School ID 2 2 photocopies back to back ( No need na ipa-validate due to Covid-19 )
* Certificate of Indigency ( Acceptable dates from October 1 and so on )
* RF or email comfimation ( Print nyo lang no need to Certified true copy due to covid-19 )
* Certificate of employment ( kung ang parents is a government employee )

-NEW SCHOLARS ( incoming 1st year)
*Assessment form
*RF or email comfimation ( Print nyo lang no need to Certified true copy due to covid-19 )
* NSO/PSA/Birth Certificate ( 1 PHOTOCOPY )
* Certificate of Indigency ( Acceptable dates from October 1 and so on )
* Certificate of employment ( kung ang parents is a government employee )
* VALID ID/ SCHOOL ID (any) 2 photocopies back to back

TAKE NOTE ALL REQUIREMENTS SHOULD BE PUT IN YELLOW LONG FOLDER.

4. Sa diin kami pwede ka buol ka assessment form ?
-During the submission of the requirements taw an namon kara kamo assessment form and fill-upan nyo ra.

5. My iban pa bala kami nga baraydan ?
-Yes . P50.00 pesos for the contract signing every semester.

6. Paano kung wara ga coincide ang RF kg Indigency ?
-Okay lang. Still considered lang gyapon ra.

7. Paano kung hindi complete ang grades ?
-Hindi dun part of the requirements ang grades due to covid-19 . Please follow nyo lang ang number kung sa diin naka indicate dun ang requirements for OLD and NEW scholars.

The Provincial Youth Development Office would like to inform all interested Antiqueño students for the Provincial Government College Educational Assistance Program to prepare and be ready with the necessary requirements. We are about to open our application for 1st Semester of school year 2020-2021.

Please be guided of the following requirements:
1. Duly accomplished Educational Assessment Form (Upon submission of other requirements)
2. Registration Form (RF) or Email of Enrollment Confirmation from school
3. School ID (2nd year college and up)
NSO/PSA Birth Certificate (for incoming 1st year applicants)
