If human intelligence can build machines that fly with pinpoint accuracy across the universe, then certainly I have the ability to look into my soul and discover even greater mysteries.

Mission statement:
The world we live in today is a world characterized by fear and violence. Since all human life is interconnected, this fear and violence affects all of us and we remain afraid of the present and future. Our belief is that it is time for humanity to finally understand the role of fear and its connection to the violence that dominates human life.

Our mission is to provide an interactive learning forum to assist individuals in exploring and understanding how fear influences their behavior and results in violence toward themselves and others. In this process people learn to study and share their fears, and collaboratively explore fear’s role in creating violence in bodily sensation, feeling and thought. We believe that by increasing truthful understanding of the role of fear that induces violent human behavior, we can transform the relationships between people and in place of violence engender empathy, self-compassion and compassion for others.
